Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARC)
A Sexual Assault Referral Centre is a place where you can access a forensic medical exam, crisis support and also have a police interview. The support is available if you have just been raped or sexually assaulted or if you want support for something that happened in the past. You can have support whether or not you want to report to the police. Staff are trained and experienced and will be able to support you to make choices

Counselling and Support Services including ISVA services
An ISVA is an advocate, someone to help you if you are considering or have already decided to make a complaint to the police. They will support you through until the case is heard at court if required. They can provide many kinds of support and are there to support you as the victim of a Serious Offence.

SEREN (Mid and West Wales)
Seren provides individual and group counselling for adults survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The training is based in a community setting as close as possible to people’s homes/ or not depending on client choice.
Relate offers advice, relationship counselling, sex therapy, workshops, mediation, consultations and support face-to-face, by phone and through this website.
